 - A clear no-refund/no-return policy for perishable goods, unless damaged upon delivery.

 - For non-perishable products, a strict return window (5 days) with clear conditions.

To initiate a return, email info@oqart.com with your order ID and reason, along with product images. Also,

 

CONDITIONS:-

1. Eligibility for Return:

 - Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

 - All original tags, labels, and certification stickers must be intact.

 - Products with tampered packaging or missing parts will not be accepted.

 

2. Valid Reasons for Return:

- Wrong product delivered (different from the order).

 - Damaged product on arrival (with proof, such as GEO images/videos).

 - Expired product (for applicable items like herbal supplements).

- Defective product (manufacturing defects only, not due to mishandling).

 - Change of mind or personal preference . (if, change of minds then full price of the product is refunded @ SAME DAY CANCELLATION .)

 

3. Non-Eligible Returns:

 - Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.

 - Products without valid proof of damage (images/videos at the time of delivery).

 - Products that have been used or altered after delivery.

 

4. Return Process:

 - Customer must initiate a return request within 5 days of delivery.

 - Provide clear proof (photos/videos) of damage or issue.

 - OQART team will review and approve/reject the request based on guidelines.

 - If approved, the product must be shipped back within a specific time frame (e.g., 7 - 10 business days). 

 

5. Refund Conditions:

 - Refunds are processed only after quality check of the product.

 - Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within a set timeline (7-10 business days).

 - If the return claim is found invalid, the product will be sent back to the customer without a refund. (USERS WILL GET A CREDIT NOTE, IF THE REFUND IS NOT INITIATED).

- OQART reserves the right to reject refund claims at its sole discretion.

 

Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order by
emailing: info@oqart.com.

- Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

- Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
